Description
*PLEASE note -You can get DIY instructions for creating a macro planner in my Wellness Planner, but if you would like more help and I do offer a customized Macro Plan option. This is a custom-ordered item and typically takes me 3-5 days to complete. So please be patient after ordering.
Once you have ordered and payment has been received, you will receive access to a Google Form with a series of questions that I have vetted and spent a lot of time crafting to ensure your plan is perfect for you and your needs. After evaluating your answers, I may reach out with follow-up questions to make sure I create a plan that will help you reach your goals.
