My mom and I both have been doing the daily workout for each day of each month. We love that it changes it up without us having to think about changing out workout all the time. It is fun as you have a different workout each day. The one negative is that the only website that shows the exercises sometimes calls the exercises something different than what they are called in the book; however, it isn’t too hard to figure out which one goes with which. If you are looking for a way to add exercise into your daily routine without a huge commitment, this book is great! The exercises are great for everyone from beginners to advanced. – Jen
