Ingredients

  • 1 package of fresh or frozen shredded hash browns
  • 1 small onion diced
  • 1 lb cubed ham leftover ham
  • 2 cans Low Sodium Chicken Broth
  • 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese cubed cream cheese (for easier melting)
  • 1 packet Ranch Dressing Seasonings this will provide a lot of flavor!
  • Salt & Pepper To Taste

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients into your crock pot except the cubed cream cheese. Let cook on low all day or on High for 3 hours - add cream cheese for the last 30 minutes.

  2. Top with shredded sharp cheddar cheese, a dollop of sour cream, bacon bits, and sliced green onions - So GOOD!
