Ingredients
15ozcannelloni beansrinsed and drained
1garlic glove
1/3cupextra virgin olive oil
1/4fresh parsley
2TBSfresh lemon juice
kosher salt and fresh ground pepper to taste
Instructions
Combine beans, garlic, parsley, lemon, salt and pepper in Blendtec Twister Jar -- gradually add olive oil until mixture is creamy... Trust me this one is a keeper!
Serve with Pita Chips or Fresh Vegetables
