These kid-approved sugar-free rice crispy treats are the perfect after-school treat that will have your kiddos begging you to make them - little do they know they are healthy!
Melt PB and Honey over low heat
Once ingredients are melted and well-combined, remove from heat, add vanilla and dry cereal mixture, and combine with a wooden spoon.
Press mixture into a buttered 8x8 pan, or you may use a cooking spray. Just some type of oil to prevent sticking. ( a parchment paper lining works well too)
Wait 1-2 hours for the mixture to set
