1/2CupWater
1TBSPVanilla Protein Powder
1/3CupAllWhites® 100% liquid egg whites
1Peach -Chopped up into small bites

Instructions
Place all the ingredients in a microwave safe bowl and microwave for 3 and 1/2 minutes, I like to add a splash of Almond Milk to help thin it out a bit.
