Pumpkin Chocolate Protein Oatmeal

No matter the season this hearty pumpkin chocolate protein oatmeal - is the perfect way to refuel your body after a workout or to give you energy that will last ALL morning long!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup Old Fashioned Oatmeal
  • 1 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice Blend
  • 1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 2 Packets Stevia or Sweetener of choice
  • 1 tbsp mini dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Combine oatmeal and Almond milk in a pan 

  2. Bring oats to a boil 

  3. reduce heat to a simmer and simmer for 12-15 minutes until a rich creamy texture is accomplished 

  4. remove from heat an add pumpkin, spice, vanilla, protein powder, and sweetener. 

  5. Top with mini dark chocolate chips!
