Ingredients

  • 1/2 C Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
  • 1/2 C Soy Egg Nog
  • 1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1/4 C Cooked Sweet Potato -- I baked mine in the oven and just cut off a chunk and threw it in the blender
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 2 tsp stevia
  • 8-10 Ice cubes as needed for desired consistency

Instructions

  1. Throw ingredients into blender and blend until smooth consistency 30-60 seconds
