Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your purchase and use of products, reports, courses, memberships, and other services offered by Maybe I Will LLC, doing business as Andie Thueson. Please read them before you buy. By purchasing or using anything described here, you agree to these terms.

1. Who we are

This website and the products sold through it are operated by Maybe I Will LLC, doing business as Andie Thueson, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Utah, referred to in these terms as "we," "us," or "our." The trading name Andie Thueson refers to the same company. You can reach us at [email protected].

Email is our contact of record for all notices and requests, and it is the fastest way to reach a real person. A postal address is available on written request.

2. Agreement to these terms

By accessing this website, purchasing a product, or using any service we provide, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use our products.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect on the date of your purchase governs that purchase. Continued use of the website after we post an updated version constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from us. By placing an order you confirm that you are 18 or older and that the information you provide is accurate and belongs to you.

4. What you are purchasing

We sell digital products, written reports, educational materials, memberships, and personal coaching or consulting sessions. Product descriptions on the relevant sales page form part of these terms.

Some of our reports, including the Energetic Blueprint Report and the Soul Blueprint Reading, are generated individually for you at the time of purchase based on the birth information you supply. These are custom digital goods produced on demand. They are not pre-written files, and they are not physical products.

Some of our reports are produced with the assistance of automated systems, including third-party chart calculation services and artificial intelligence writing tools, working from your birth data and from interpretive frameworks we have developed. The result is reviewed against our own standards, but it is generated rather than hand-written for each buyer.

5. Prices and payment

All prices are listed in United States dollars and are payable at the time of purchase unless a payment plan is expressly offered. Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not receive or store your full card details. Your use of Stripe is subject to Stripe's own terms and privacy policy.

You are responsible for any taxes, currency conversion charges, or bank fees that apply to your purchase. We may change our prices at any time, but a change will not affect an order already placed.

6. Delivery

Digital products are delivered immediately after purchase unless the product page states otherwise.

7. Accuracy of the information you provide

Our generated reports are calculated from the birth date, birth time, and birth location you enter. The accuracy of your report depends entirely on the accuracy of that information.

Human Design and astrological charts are calculated to the minute. An inaccurate birth time can produce a materially different chart. You are responsible for supplying correct information. A report generated from inaccurate information you supplied is not a defective product and is not eligible for a refund on that basis.

8. Refunds and cancellations

Because our reports are generated individually for you and delivered immediately, all sales of generated reports are final and we do not offer refunds once a report has been generated. By completing your purchase you acknowledge that the product is delivered immediately and that you are waiving any right to cancel once generation has begun.

This does not limit the following. If a technical failure on our side prevents your report from being generated, or if you are charged more than once for the same order, contact us and we will correct it, including by issuing a refund where appropriate.

Refund terms for coaching sessions, memberships, courses, and payment plans are stated on the relevant sales page or in your separate agreement and take precedence over this section for those products.

9. Membership credit and coupon codes

Some of our products include a credit toward your first month of a Power Era Collective membership, equal to the price you paid for that product. Where a credit is offered, it is applied using a coupon code we provide to you by email after your purchase. The credit is not applied automatically and cannot be applied retroactively to a membership you have already started.

• The credit applies to your first billing period only and has no cash value
• It may be used once, by the person who made the original purchase
• It cannot be transferred, sold, or combined with another offer unless we say otherwise in writing
• It does not extend to renewals, upgrades, or any other product

If you have lost your code or it is not working, email [email protected] and we will sort it out.

10. Nature of our services

Our products are offered for personal reflection, education, and self-understanding.

You are solely responsible for the decisions you make. We make no guarantee of any particular outcome, result, income, or improvement from the use of our products.

11. Intellectual property

All content we produce, including reports, written materials, course content, frameworks, methods, images, and the design of this website, is owned by Maybe I Will LLC or used under license, and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

When you purchase a report, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for your own personal purposes. You may keep it, print it, and share it with a practitioner or advisor working with you.

You may not resell, redistribute, republish, or commercially exploit our content, and you may not use it to train, fine-tune, or develop any machine learning model, or to create a derivative or competing product or service, without our prior written permission.

12. Acceptable use

• Do not purchase using false information or someone else's payment method
• Do not attempt to interfere with, disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the website or the systems behind it
• Do not use automated means to access, scrape, or generate reports in bulk
• Do not resell or share access to paid materials or member areas
• Do not use our services for any unlawful purpose

We may suspend or terminate access, and cancel or decline an order, if we reasonably believe these terms have been breached.

13. Third-party services

We rely on third-party providers to operate, including payment processing, hosting, chart calculation, email delivery, and automated writing services. Those providers act as our service providers and are described in our Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of any third-party website or service we link to.

14. Availability and disclaimers

We aim to keep the website and our products available and working, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Our products and this website are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

15. Limitation of liability

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

16. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Maybe I Will LLC and its owner, employees, and contractors from any claim, demand, loss, or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of our products, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

17. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or our products will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Utah County, Utah, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

Before filing anything, please contact us at [email protected]. Most problems are solved faster by email than by lawyers, and we would rather fix it.

18. General

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These terms, together with any product-specific terms and our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between us regarding your purchase.
