1CupAll Natural Peanut ButterI have used Almond Butter with success!
2/3CHoney
1/2CCoconut Oil
2CupsOld Fashioned Rolled Oats
1CDark Chocolate Chips - You can substitute 1/2 C Unprocessed Cocoa Powder -For less calories - bars will be dryer!
3/4CCraisenstotally optional! - I LOVE them! But I know they're not for everyone
Instructions
Melt PB, Honey, and Coconut oil until melted and delightful in a heavy saucepan – remove from heat and add remaining ingredients – poor into a lightly greased 9×13 pan. The HARDEST part waiting 2-3 hours for the bars to set up!
