    Hi Andie,
I stumbled across your protein shakes by accident on pinterest. I’ve never been on pinterest before. Are your protein shakes published in a book? After gastric bypass surgery I’m struggling with dumping syndrome. My sugar drops quickly to the 50s & they want me back to eating 5 meals a day because I’m not getting enough protein & I fear having seizures. Yours are the best I’ve found so I was wondering if they are in print?
    Thanks so much
