Shake it Up Saturday!!
This shake is actually a favorite of mine that I make quite a bit! But I have been waiting to share it as a “safety net” on a week where creating a new shake just wasn’t in the cards. If there was ever a week like that it was this week! I filmed my monthly TV segment, had to get the house ready for the Realtor to take pics for the listing and he wanted to show it! I’m pretty sure when I had to do this 2 years ago I said I would never do it again and here we are! Our current home was suppose to be the house we died in. At least that was the plan. But obviously plans change and you adapt! I am looking forward to the change and this new adventure! But I am NOT looking forward to keeping my house in “showing” condition! Hopefully it will sell quickly and I won’t have to do this for very long! Keep your fingers crossed for me and say a little prayer! Love Ya!
Almond Joy Protein Shake
1 Cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
1 Scoop Chocolate Protein Powder
1 TBS Almond Butter
1-2 tsp Sugar Free Coconut Syrup
8-10 Ice Cubes or More as need for desired Consistency.
Blend and Enjoy!
