I love seeing you here! I’ve got an awesome NEW Protein Shake recipe for ya! I’m so excited to share it with you! Cause I KNOW you’re gonna dig it…

But first, let me ask ya this…

Do you struggle with mid-morning snacking? Or are you sooo crazy busy in the morning that finding a quick breakfast that will keep you full for more than an hour or two is a constant struggle?

I feel ya! Getting through the mornings without blowing your daily caloric intake goals can be rough at times. I am always on the search for meals that will keep me full and prevent any possible hanger issues.

Hanger if you’re not familiar is {Anger/Mood Swings caused by being hungry…}  Just saying from personal experience Hanger is the real deal… lol Please say I am not the only one with this issue.

After getting to test drive AminoLean from RSP Nutrition I was inspired to create a shake that will keep you full till lunch! AminoLean was designed to be the most comprehensive pre-workout, amino acid, and weight management supplement for men and women available. They combined BCAAs & EAAs (essential amino acids) with a focus & energy blend and natural weight management ingredients to form the perfect amino energy supplement. Can I get a flipping Amen!

The stuff is pretty amazing! Add this to really any protein shake, or smoothie, and it’s a winning power move! {insert happy dance}  As a fit chick that is ALWAYS hungry I really liked having this in my arsenal. I know food is fuel and eating is a big part of healthy weight loss, but as I am sure many of you can relate, sometimes a little help reigning in the huger is a HUGE help!

I honestly felt much fuller after adding this to my protein shake compared to a shake without it… It helps round out my shake and keeps me well-fueled till lunch and it is only 20 Calories! So that’s an awesome bonus feature! It is not meant to be a stand-alone mix-in… It really is meant as a booster! So grab a bottle or two and boost your shakes!

Using AminoLean Blackberry Pomegranate flavor as my canvas, I crafted a berry banana white chocolate dream of a protein shake!

  1. The Appefit page on The Vitamin Shoppe website says the product works best when combined with olive or grapeseed oil. I noticed you did not use that. It also doesn’t state on the bottle how much liquid or oil for that matter to mix it with. Please advise.

    1. I have been just adding it to my protein shakes and have had success, I can feel the difference. I haven’t been brave enough to try it all by itself… But I Imagine mixing it in a shaker cup with 6-8 oz would work.
