Shake it Up Saturday
This past week I was hit with a bad case of the crud! It totally stunk!! I was sequestered to my bed in a hazy fog for a couple days of Castle and Call The Mid Wife (both highly recommended)… Thank goodness for Netflix and DVR!!! They were total life savers while I battled away with the crud…. It took a couple days but I emerged from the crud and am feeling much better!
One of my favorite fruits of the season is Pomegranates!!! They are the best! 2/3 C Pomegranate Seeds – approx 1 pomegranate
1/4 C Pomegranate Juice
3/4 C Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
1 Scoop Vanilla Whey Protein Powder
1 tsp sugar free vanilla coffee creamer
1/2 pkt Cherry Pomegranate Antioxident Flavor Mix In
(Both Crystal Light and Walmart brands have this flavor)
8-10 Ice Cubes
