Shake It Up Saturday
Awhile ago I made this delicious Chocolate Honey Bun Cake. It was Amazing, the chocolate and the cinnamon and honey just worked! So when I first was jotting down ideas for this crazy year of shakes adventure I’m on, the chocolate honey bun cake was on my list as an “inspiration” source. As a shake its works as well! It’s like Mexican hot chocolate and a cinnamon roll hooked up and had a delicious baby!! So Yummy!!!
Chocolate Cinnamon Roll Protein Shake
1 Cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
1 Scoop Chocolate Protein Powder
1 TBS Honey
1/2 tsp cinnamon
8-10 Ice Cubes as needed for desired consistency
Blend and Enjoy!
