Shake It Up Saturday!
On my most recent trip to Utah to visit my sister, I decided I would tag along with my brother in law at the gym. After a good workout, Matt tasked me with getting our protein shakes from the Juice bar, while he finished up one last set… which in Matt talk means finish up with his last chat of the day. I headed to the cute little juice bar. Much to my surprise I got hit on by the juice bar guy! Yes I know y’all are as surprised as me. He was young and cute, so I was flattered. This thirty something still gots it. But as he was flirting with me he suggested I try his favorite little concoction he had cooked up… Chocolate Pina Colada. At first I was a little worried about it.. Not the most natural marrying of flavors in my mind. But he was cute and exuberant about his recommendation, so I thought I would give it a try. And much to my surprise I quite liked it. So I recreated his concoction this week! So you can thank the juice bar flirt of Utah for this weeks flavor.
Chocolate Pina Colada
1 Cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
1 Scoop Chocolate Protein Powder
1/2 C Cubed Pineapple
2 TBS Sugar Free Coconut Syrup
8-10 Ice Cubes more/less dependent on desired consistency
