Whip It Up Wednesday!!!!

I love that we are approaching BBQ season!!! My husband and I love entertaining and having people over for a great meal, especially a BBQ. So for the next bit I will be sharing ALL my go to BBQ recipes that impress!!! A couple of years ago my sister had a birthday party catered and they served this salad that in my humble opinion was one of the most unique and refreshing summer salads I had ever tried. The caterer was pretty amazing and everything was delicious but EVERYONE was talking about the grape salad. It was a HUGE hit!! I was lucky enough for the caterer to share her secret recipe with me!! Peeps this salad is AWESOME!! Every time I have served it, people rave and rave about it and the best part it is SOOOO easy!!!

Graptastic Salad
Adapted from the amazing talents of Caterer Aubrey

Approx 4lbs Red Grapes
1 8 oz Sour Cream
1 8 oz Cream Cheese Softened
1 C Sugar
1 TBS Vanilla

Cream together sour cream, cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla pour over grapes — this can be made ahead and prior to serving top with 3/4 C Brown Sugar and Toasted Pecans
* To toast Pecans place on cookie sheet in oven at 350 degrees for 10 -12 minutes keep a close eye on them so they do not burn.
