NOOM Review, What you need to know!!

Losing weight and getting in shape can seem like a daunting task, we often set goals and attempt to lose that blasted weight and get in shape, finally… Opting for a “the diet starts Monday” mentality, never really making any lasting progress.
5 years ago, I finally decided “No More” this time was going to be different. I was not going to make the same dang weight loss goals only to fail.
So I went after my goal with the tenacity of a dateless cheerleader a week before prom
It was game on!
That was five years and 40 lbs. ago and today I am sharing with you how I WISH Noom was around to help me back then! Having Noom in my pocket and a dedicated registered dietician would have given me the extra support and would have sped up the process and helped to reach my goals that much faster! What you will learn on Noom took me months and months to learn and master.
So if you’re tired of dieting and starting over every Monday, then NOOM is a great choice for you to finally break the chain and lose that weight!
Why I WISH I had Noom in my pocket back then!
At the time apps and online fitness programs were not as readily available as they are now. There are so many amazing resources available today that would of help me so much and would have simplified and speed up the process for me.
One of the coolest programs that I recently came across is Noom. It is designed to help those who are new to this whole weight loss and health business and need some direction, which was definitely me!
I would have loved having this program available to me so many years ago.
I am sharing it with you today in hopes that it will help those of you sweet readers who need that extra push and direction that is provided with Noom.
How Noom Is Different: You are assigned your very own Registered Dietician
Noom provides a personal coach that is available to you to answer your questions and will help you set realistic and attainable goals based on where you are at! Your coach will be a Registered Dietician who is well educated in nutrition and can help guide you. Noom coaches are a great source of guidance and accountability that is needed when you are losing weight.
I was able to try Noom for myself, on the first day I was assigned a personal coach. My coach Nancy and I worked together to help create some goals to help me up my own personal game. Nancy was great to work with, she was very knowledgeable, and was a great resource to look to as I went over my personal goals. She answered all my questions quickly and was easy to work with. Having a professional coach to chat with and discuss my goals with was such a fantastic feature and will be a huge resource for you!
There is so much confusing and contradicting information out there, talking to a REAL expert will help you sift through the noise and make better choices based on your needs.
Cool Noom Features That I LOVED:
⇒ Noom provides a daily food log – so you can journal your food intake. It is really easy and straightforward to use. It will also help rate your foods {Giving them a letter grade} by how nutritionally dense they are, allowing you to be better informed and make smarter choices.
If you’re like me, a report card on what I am eating is super motivating. I blame it on my childhood perfectionist self 😉
⇒You can also log your weight, and your exercises to keep track of your calories burned, which is another helpful measurement tool.
⇒ Another impressive feature, and quite possibly my favorite feature, is the daily articles! Every day new articles are published that will help educate you on a myriad of super helpful topics. They are all very well written and easy to understand. Moving you from weight loss basics to understanding behavioral cycles – this feature alone would have been of crazy helpful as I was learning and trying to figure it all out on my own.
I loved reading the daily articles! The articles are so empowering and very educational! I loved this article on boosting willpower!
I am so pleased, I was able to complete a Noom Review. I learned so much and felt empowered and ready to refocus and work on improving my own health and wellness. I love that Noom is a holistic approach and more about helping you and empowering you to make better decisions and live an overall healthier lifestyle – not some super gimmicky lose weight fast band-aid fix! It is inspiring to see a program that gets it and will help you identify and fix the behaviors that are caused you to gain weight in the first place.
Noom really is “The Program” I wished I had by side all those years ago!

I read your post but the ads were mostly fine except for a big advert and pictures for McDonalds desserts which seemed contradictory to the message you are promoting.
Unfortunately, I have little control over what ads are displayed. 🙁
I’ve been on diets before and ended up gaining the weight back. I recently began Noom a couple of weeks ago and so far really enjoy the different approach and the daily articles. I feel that this is going to be different for me. I saw your picture when looking up something for Noom and it really inspires me as I have a similar amount of weight to lose.
