Sugar Cookie Protein Shake
This week has been crazy! Every year I tell myself to slow down and just enjoy this time of year! But here I am again running around trying to get all my Christmas shopping done. I only have a few things left to buy. Where do you find a sewing machine for a nine year old? Ideas??? That’s really all I have left. Happy Dance to ensue after said machine is found and purchased!! How are y’all fairing??!
This week’s shake is inspired by the another Christmas goodie favorite of mine, sugar cookies! It doesn’t quite feel like Christmas without cutouts of stockings, candy canes, and Christmas trees with gobs of delightful frosting… Why not swap out a couple cookies for a shake here and there this Christmas! 🙂 It’s all about moderation this time of year…right!

1 Scoop Vanilla Whey Protein
1 Cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
1 TBS Almond Flour
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 tsp Honey
1/2 ripe banana
8-10 Ice Cubes for desired consistency
