Remember when you were a kid and Mom would add a “snack pack” to your lunch? It was such a yummy and exciting find. As adults we’re trying to eat healthier and make smarter choices but dang it, sometimes eating healthy is no fun!

Grown Up Snack Pack # 1  Pina Colada Greek Yogurt

  • 1 Cup FAGE Total 0% Nonfat Greek Yogurt
  • 1 tsp sugar-free vanilla powdered coffee creamer (optional)
  • 1-2 packets stevia or sweetener of choice
  • 1/4 tsp. coconut extract
  • 1 tbsp. crushed pineapple
  • 1 tsp. dried fresh coconut

Grown Up Snack Pack #2  Carrot Cake Greek Yogurt

(Photos and tips for making it, will be provided as well)

  • 1 Cup FAGE Total 0% Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1 tsp sugar-free vanilla powdered coffee creamer (optional)
  • 1-2 packets stevia or sweetener of choice
  • 1/4 Pumpkin or Apple Spice Pie Blend
  • 1 tbsp. crushed pineapple
  • 1 tbsp. shredded carrots
  • 2 walnut halves

Grown Up Snack Pack #3  Peanut Butter Cup

  • 1 Cup FAGE Total 0% Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1 tsp. sugar-free vanilla powdered coffee creamer
  • 1-2 packets stevia or sweetener of choice (optional)
  • 1 tbsp. all natural peanut butter
  • 1 tsp. cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp. dark chocolate chips

Grown Up Snack Pack #4  Strawberry Lime

  • 1 Cup FAGE Total 0% Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1-2 packets stevia or sweetener of choice (optional)
  • 1 tsp. lime zest
  • 1/2 lime squeezed into yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp sugar-free vanilla coffee creamer
  • 1/2 tsp. coconut extract
  • Top with fresh strawberries

Grown Up Snack Pack #5  Cookie Dough

  • 1 Cup FAGE Total 0% Plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp. natural peanut butter
  • 1-2 packets stevia packets or sweetener of choice (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp. vanilla
  • pinch of sea salt
  • 1 tbsp. mini dark chocolate chips
