Sometimes you just need a sweet flipping treat that won’t derail your progress! Know what I am saying? We all have those days! So I love sweet silky and delightful SILK dairy free yogurt alternative. It’s a great alternative to yogurt and with 6 grams of plant protein it’s a great balanced snack! One of my new favorite things is fruit with freshly squeezed  lime juice and chia seeds! Seriously so good all by itself… But then add creamy silk dairy free yogurt alternative and we have a winner!

Ingredients

  • 1 Kiwi
  • 1/2 Cup Strawberries
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 TBS Chia Seeds
  • 1/2 Lime Squeezed
  • 1 Silk Peach and Mango Dairy Free Yogurt

Instructions

  1. Chop fruit and squeeze lime juice over the top with chia seeds - combine and let sit for 10-15 minutes and then layer in parfait class and top with unsweetened coconut if desired
