Tropical Chia Seed Yogurt Parfait
Sometimes you just need a sweet flipping treat that won’t derail your progress! Know what I am saying? We all have those days! So I love sweet silky and delightful SILK dairy free yogurt alternative. It’s a great alternative to yogurt and with 6 grams of plant protein it’s a great balanced snack! One of my new favorite things is fruit with freshly squeezed lime juice and chia seeds! Tropical Chia Seed Yogurt Parfait
Ingredients
- 1 Kiwi
- 1/2 Cup Strawberries
- 1/2 banana
- 1 TBS Chia Seeds
- 1/2 Lime Squeezed
- 1 Silk Peach and Mango Dairy Free Yogurt
Instructions

Chop fruit and squeeze lime juice over the top with chia seeds - combine and let sit for 10-15 minutes and then layer in parfait class and top with unsweetened coconut if desired
