The Giving Challenge, How 30 Days of Giving Can Change Your Life.
I want you to close your eyes with me for a minute and connect with a time when you gave someone the perfect gift. Do you remember feelings of being so excited? You could barely stand to wait for the allotted date; they would receive their gift. Finally, the long-awaited day came. You anxiously awaited every second as they fumbled with the wrapping paper, getting slightly annoyed they were taking so long. And the feelings that flooded over you as they looked at your gift with so much love and appreciation. Maybe even tears were shed, but the moment was magic.
Giving is magic.
There is something magical that happens when we choose to serve others and to give of ourselves. Giving doesn’t always have to be something of monetary value. Gifts of time, letters, even a phone call or a heartfelt text can make a world of difference in someone’s day.
But the real magic of giving is that not only do you lift others with your generosity. You, the giver, are blessed even more. Your energy rises, and you become magnetic to the love and beauty of a giving Universe.
I firmly believe in the old adage that it is better to give than to receive. In this 30 days of giving challenge, we will be testing that theory.
So for 30 days, you will be tuning in to the energy of how fun it is to give.
Giving is a surefire way to raise your energy and bring more joy into your life. You will be amazed at how much JOY will come into your life when you choose to give every day for 30 days!
To sum up, this vibe-raising 30-day challenge: find a way to give someone a gift every day for 30 days.
Remember, the gifts do not need to be expensive or cost anything at all, for that matter. They just need to be genuine and give with feelings of love and gratitude.
I find it helpful to keep a journal and write down how you felt about the gifts you gave. This will help keep you accountable and help you remember your feelings and the beautiful experiences you had throughout this challenge.

The more you focus on giving, the more ideas that will come! Don’t be afraid to get creative and think outside the box.
I would also recommend meditating each day to help you think of someone to reach out to. Without fail, someone will pop in, and an idea of how I can serve them that day will come to mind. TRUST what pops in, and go with it!
Let me know how your 30 days of giving challenge go! I would love to hear about your experiences and how they affected your life! This challenge may seem super simple, but it can bring about significant shifts!
Side note: If you are struggling with your relationship with money and are experiencing “money blocks,” this giving challenge will be especially powerful for you.
